Grant and duration
After confirmed payment, PsDevs grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable except as expressly allowed, worldwide license to install and use EU Withdrawal Manager for the customer's own commerce operation under these terms. The license is perpetual unless it is refunded, revoked or otherwise made unusable under the documented lifecycle and applicable law.
The software is licensed, not sold. PsDevs and its licensors retain copyright and all intellectual-property rights not expressly granted.
Installation scope and multistore
The license permits one active production installation and one shared non-production slot that may be declared as staging or development. Staging and development do not receive separate slots.
PrestaShop multistore is included when all shops belong to the same PrestaShop installation and installation identity. The licensed unit is the installation, not each individual shop.
Installation and domain identity
Authorization may use normalized domain, installation identity, declared environment and the relationship between production and non-production hosts. Local development hosts may be approved automatically. A remote staging or preview host that cannot be safely associated with production may require manual review.
Reusing an active installation identity for another domain or environment is prohibited. Normalization of scheme, host, ports, internationalized domains and common aliases is handled by the licensing service and must not be bypassed.
Transfer, deactivation and reactivation
A production-domain transfer requires deactivation of the previous production activation before the new production slot can be used. Existing staging/development associations are re-evaluated and may become pending when their relationship can no longer be proved.
A deactivated installation may be reactivated when the license remains usable and the relevant slot is free. Contact support for a legitimate transfer that cannot be completed through the normal flow; approval is not automatic for unrelated third-party installations.
Updates and support
Updates are included perpetually for the licensed product and stable channel while the license remains valid. Included technical support lasts six calendar months from the backend's confirmed payment/license-issuance timestamp. Support renewal is manual, has no automatic renewal and is not a subscription.
Support expiry does not expire the license, block an otherwise authorized activation or transfer, or end perpetual update access. Support covers reasonable product-use and defect assistance; it does not include unrelated development, third-party customization, store administration or guaranteed response times unless separately agreed.
Compatibility
The governing compatibility is the stable-release information displayed on the product page and included in the order snapshot at purchase. These terms do not invent a PrestaShop, PHP or module version while the Store API has no stable release.
Perpetual updates do not promise compatibility with every future platform, hosting stack or third-party module at all times. Mandatory conformity and update duties remain unaffected.
Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, publish or make the software or license credential available as a standalone product.
- Do not remove ownership notices or bypass activation, entitlement, security, integrity or download controls.
- Do not use one license across multiple production installations, including installations belonging to different clients, even if administered by the same agency.
- Authorized employees and contractors may work on the licensed installation, but the customer remains responsible for their compliance and credential security.
- Rights to inspect, decompile or modify that cannot lawfully be restricted are preserved; any permitted action must remain within the mandatory legal exception.
Suspension, revocation and refunds
Suspension is reversible and may temporarily block new licensing, update or download authorization without resetting existing timestamps or manufacturing new entitlements. It must be based on a documented security, abuse, payment or contractual reason and remain reviewable through support.
A confirmed total refund revokes the license and deauthorizes activations, updates, downloads and support. Partial refunds do not change the license automatically. Statutory consumer remedies and the Refund and Withdrawal Policy take priority where applicable.
Termination and effect
The customer may stop using the software at any time. On valid termination, withdrawal or revocation, use must cease and copies must be deleted where the applicable remedy or law requires it. Records that PsDevs must retain for contract, fiscal, fraud-prevention or legal-claim purposes are not erased merely because use ends.
Clauses concerning ownership, restrictions, accrued rights, records and lawful liability survive to the extent necessary. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights.
