Seller, scope and customer status

These terms govern direct purchases of EU Withdrawal Manager through addons.psdevs.com. They support consumers and business customers. Selecting a business purchase does not by itself remove rights that mandatory law gives a person acting as a consumer.
You must have legal capacity to enter the contract and provide accurate information needed to fulfil it. A person purchasing for an organisation confirms authority to bind it.
Digital product and compatibility
EU Withdrawal Manager is downloadable PrestaShop module software supplied as digital content without a tangible medium. The product page and order summary identify its main functions, delivery method and the compatibility published for the stable release at the time of purchase.
No compatibility version is stated in these terms while stable_release is unpublished. Checkout remains closed until a stable release and verified PrestaShop/PHP compatibility are displayed. The customer is responsible for comparing that published information with the intended environment and maintaining appropriate backups before installation.
Order and contract formation
Before the final payment action, the checkout presents the product, total price and currency, one-time payment nature, license scope, updates, support, delivery, seller and links to the governing policies. The final action must unambiguously communicate an obligation to pay.
An order is an offer to purchase. The contract forms only when PsDevs confirms payment and accepts the order. A redirect from Stripe is not confirmation. PsDevs may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if payment fails, product data cannot be verified, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment is legally unavailable; any captured amount must be handled through the applicable payment/refund process.
Future backend records must preserve the order reference, product and price snapshot, policy versions and hashes, unchecked-to-checked acceptance events and server timestamp. Hidden form values or a changing URL are not sufficient contractual evidence.
Price, payment and tax information
Commercial Policy V1 sets a final price of EUR 69.99 for one unit, paid once. It is not a subscription. Taxes are included where applicable and the total shown by the authoritative Store API must not be increased by the storefront.
Payment is completed through Stripe Checkout. PsDevs does not store card details. The final tax treatment and fiscal-document workflow remain subject to professional confirmation; these terms do not promise an individual or global CFDI, a particular VAT rate, reverse charge, zero rate, service/intangible classification, or that a Stripe receipt is a fiscal invoice.
Additional fiscal data is requested only when required for the specific customer and transaction. Customers should contact support if they need a particular document before ordering; sales remain closed while the fiscal gate is unresolved.
Delivery and access
After backend payment confirmation, PsDevs issues the license and provides the license information and authorized download access through the confirmed transactional channel. Delivery depends on a published stable release and a valid license. Temporary download links may expire and can be reissued while entitlement remains valid.
The customer must keep license credentials confidential. Payment-provider, internet or email delays may postpone access; contact support with the order reference, but never send card data or secret credentials by email.
License, updates and support
The purchase grants the separate License Terms: one perpetual license, one production installation, one shared staging/development installation, multistore within the same installation, perpetual updates and six calendar months of technical support. Support renewal is manual and is not a subscription.
License validity, update access and support are separate. Expiry of included support does not expire the license or perpetual updates. No future support renewal price is promised by these terms.
Customer obligations and prohibited use
- Use the module only within the licensed installation and environment limits.
- Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or provide the module or license credential to third parties except for authorized personnel working on the licensed installation.
- Do not bypass activation, entitlement, security or download controls, or use the service unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
- Maintain secure administrative access and tested backups, and follow the published installation and update instructions.
Conformity, remedies and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies for non-conforming digital content. Where applicable, consumers may be entitled to have the content brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, or terminate the contract under the conditions of mandatory law.
PsDevs may provide security, compatibility and corrective updates through the update entitlement. The customer must install updates within a reasonable time after being informed of their availability and consequences where mandatory law permits that condition. This does not excuse defective updates or limit mandatory remedies.
Availability and liability
PsDevs aims to keep licensing, downloads and support available but does not promise uninterrupted internet services. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect access. Temporary infrastructure failures must not be interpreted by the module as license revocation during any documented grace period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability for death or personal injury where applicable. Business-customer limitations require final legal review and are not expanded before that review.
Termination, suspension, refunds and withdrawal
The Refund and Withdrawal Policy applies. A confirmed total refund cancels the order and payment record, cancels the commerce invoice record, revokes the license and deauthorizes activations, updates, downloads and support while preserving required history. A partial refund does not automatically change the license.
PsDevs may suspend access while investigating credential compromise, abuse, chargeback or material breach, using a proportionate and reviewable process. Permanent revocation must follow the license lifecycle, refund outcome, mandatory law and the License Terms; it is not an unrestricted discretion.
Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
Send complaints to info@psdevs.com with the order reference and a concise description. PsDevs will acknowledge and address the complaint through the support process. No EU online dispute-resolution platform is promised.
The contract is governed by the laws of Mexico, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that would apply without the choice of law. Courts and authorities with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available. Any exclusive business-to-business forum requires final legal approval and is not imposed before that approval.
Changes and contact
The version accepted at purchase governs that order. Later changes do not retroactively rewrite an existing commercial-policy, order or license snapshot. Changes required for security, law or compatibility will be communicated where they materially affect customers.
