Customer workflow
- Registered and guest customers can submit total or partial requests for eligible products and quantities.
- The flow includes a review step, explicit confirmation and a durable acknowledgement after submission.
Merchant operations
- An eleven-state case lifecycle connects intake, return, inspection, economic follow-up, cancellation and closure.
- Staff can record received, accepted and restockable quantities, reintegrate approved stock and create a linked native PrestaShop OrderSlip.
- The merchant completes the monetary refund with the payment provider or bank, then records its reference, notes and result in EUWM.
Communication and data
- Thirteen HTML and text notification families are included in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese.
- Blank and prefilled authorized PDF forms, streamed Back Office CSV exports, configurable retention and conditional anonymization support the operating record.
Delivery and validation
- Licensed downloads, activation, validation and the guarded update path are implemented and tested.
- Compatibility code now adapts the module to native PrestaShop 1.6.1, 1.7.x, 8.x and 9.x APIs. PHPUnit and Playwright checks passed in each verified target container; licensed email downloads were checked against the matching ZIP.
