Scope and customer status
This policy applies to direct purchases of EU Withdrawal Manager from PsDevs Addons. It distinguishes the statutory withdrawal right for qualifying consumers from contractual refunds and remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content. It is not an absolute no-refunds policy.
Business purchasers may have contractual or mandatory rights under applicable law, but consumer rights are not removed merely by selecting a customer type or supplying company details.
Consumer withdrawal before performance begins
A qualifying EEA consumer normally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a lawful exception applies. If digital supply has not begun and the right remains available, contact info@psdevs.com with the order reference and an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw.
You may use the model wording: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for EU Withdrawal Manager, ordered on [date], order reference [reference], customer name and email [details].” A specific form is not mandatory if the statement is clear.
Immediate digital supply and loss of the withdrawal right
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, PsDevs will rely on loss of the withdrawal right only after all applicable conditions are met: performance has begun; before it begins the consumer has expressly requested or consented to performance during the withdrawal period; the consumer has expressly acknowledged that this causes loss of the withdrawal right; and PsDevs has provided the required contract confirmation on a durable medium.
Checkout therefore uses a separate, unchecked control for immediate supply and acknowledgement. It is separate from acceptance of Terms and License and is never combined with the Privacy Policy. A download, payment or redirect alone does not prove loss of the right.
Until Laravel stores the exact wording and policy version, order reference and server timestamp and sends durable confirmation, PsDevs must not claim that a consumer lost the withdrawal right. This is a launch blocker.
After lawful performance begins
Where all legal conditions above are satisfied, the qualifying consumer loses the 14-day withdrawal right when digital performance begins. This does not remove statutory rights where the content is defective, non-conforming, misdescribed, not supplied, or supplied late, and does not prevent PsDevs from granting another refund where appropriate.
If any required consent, acknowledgement or durable confirmation is missing, the statutory position is assessed without assuming loss of the right.
Defective or non-conforming content
Contact support with the order reference, environment, published compatibility and a reproducible description. PsDevs may first provide an update or other means to bring the content into conformity where permitted and reasonable.
Where mandatory law applies and conformity is not restored within a reasonable time, cannot be restored, the defect is sufficiently serious, or another statutory condition is met, the customer may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund. These remedies are independent from the withdrawal right.
Duplicate, failed or unauthorized payments
A failed or expired payment does not create a paid license. If duplicate charges occur for the same intended order, contact support so the payment and idempotency records can be reconciled. Unauthorized-payment claims should also be raised promptly with Stripe or the card issuer, without sending card details to PsDevs.
A Stripe refund is a payment operation and is not itself a statement about Mexican fiscal documentation. Any required cancellation, credit note or tax-document process follows the approved fiscal workflow, which remains a launch gate.
How requests are handled
Send the order reference, purchase email, requested outcome and concise reason to info@psdevs.com. PsDevs may request proportionate verification. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or license secrets.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. Timing depends on Stripe and the payment provider. PsDevs will communicate the decision and any license effect through a durable channel.
Effect on license and access
A confirmed total refund cancels the order/payment state and revokes the license, activations, downloads, perpetual updates and support. The customer must stop using and delete the module where the refund, withdrawal or termination requires it. Required transaction and legal records are preserved.
A partial refund does not automatically modify the license; it requires a reviewed decision. Suspension during a genuine dispute is distinct from a final refund or revocation.
