Digital Product Passport

Monitor product-group rules and software requirements.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 establishes a Digital Product Passport framework, while applicable delegated acts specify requirements for covered product groups. PsDevs Addons does not present DPP as a product or create a child page before a concrete software gap, evidence and maintenance model exist.

Merchant: Identify affected product groups only from applicable rules.
Software: Identifiers, data models and registries remain product-group dependent.

Interpretation boundary

Software can expose evidence. It cannot make the legal decision.

Each implementation starts with official text, dates, merchant model and jurisdiction. The practical layer then maps fields, screens, actions, records and owners.

National transposition, exemptions, tax treatment and applicability remain review tasks. No green compliance checkmarks or automatic-assurance claims are used.
