Configuration boundary
Settings apply to the active shop context in multistore. Confirm the selected shop before saving configuration.
Configuration reference
Configure the closed-record retention period from 2 to 20 years per shop; the default is six years and is not a universal statutory period.
Review the eight supported interface languages and the thirteen HTML and text notification families before customer use.
Conditional anonymization applies only to eligible terminal records and is blocked by holds, open incidents, pending refunds or missing final dates.
